She really manages to make any event space look fabulous, she has great resources and is a very personable and dedicated professional that anyone would enjoy working with. I highly recommend contacting Michelle if you are planning any kind of event and want to make it be more than average.

Happy Birthdays!!!

I know, I know, I have been quite the slacker... it has just been so busy that I have not had much opportunity to blog.

But here I am, trying to catch up --although it will take a few days. Since I have so many posts to do, I will combine the first two.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY HELEN!

Helen's Big 40 Birthday a few weeks ago. It was a great party --a complete surprise pulled off by husband Barry and friends.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JULIA!
And a few days after, Julia turned 3! She is now a big girl (well, maybe medium?) -- She celebrated at home with a few little girls and this is my favorite sequence... she could not have been any more excited!

Thanks for bearing with me... and come back soon for a new maternity session and a great CD release party!

Laura Coyle CD Release Party!

SAVE THE DATE: Next weekend - Friday and Saturday, Sept. 19 and 20th Churchill Grounds is hosting the release party for Laura's debut CD!!

I met Laura while she perfomred at a wedding I shot this past July. She is very talented and I hope her new CD release is a success!

I will also be showcasing her music on my wedding website too, so make sure to check :)

Below are some details about the evening, from Laura:

"We'll be celebrating both nights with a stellar band: Louis Heriveaux on piano, Craig Shaw on bass and Kinah Boto on drums. And very special guests: Sept. 19th, Friday night: Mace Hibbard on alto sax Sept. 20th, Saturday night: E.J. Hughes on tenor sax (and trumpeter Melvin Jones will be stopping by later after his performance with the Atlanta Jazz Chorus!) First set each night begins at 9:30pm There is a 10$ (cash) cover and a 10$ minimum.

Visit churchillgrounds.com for directions and information. Churchill Grounds (located downtown, next to the Fox Theatre) is Atlanta's premier jazz club and we've assembled some of the best musicians in Atlanta to play selections from the CD along with new tunes to create an enchanting evening of straight-ahead vocal jazz. This is one you definitely won't want to miss, it will be a while before we have a show like this again!

This is a grass-roots promotion effort, so please pass this along to your music-loving friends!! - and THANK YOU for your support!! I couldn't do it without you! "

Rich and I will be there on Friday for the first show and we hope to see many familiar faces!
Enjoy the show.

Teresa & Dave

Teresa & Dave got married on August 30 at Primrose Cottage in Roswell, Georgia. It was a beautiful summer day, luckily not as hot as we thought it might be!

Both of them looked amazing and it was so sweet to see how emotional they were.
Below are some images from their beautiful wedding, and you can see a slideshow of many more by clicking HERE.

Thanks Teresa & Dave for allowing me to be part of such a special time in your lives. It was an honor to capture the memories that will be the beginning of your family history.

I also want to thanks Allen Gunn, who was my second photographer that evening and my amazing husband Rich who was my assistant and also shot some great images!
And very special thanks to Julie Newman and Mike Lyons (below at the wedding reception) who referred Teresa to me. The best compliment to my work is when a client refers their friends and family to me!

And as always, you are welcomed (and encouraged) to leave comments below.

Thanks,
Andrea.-
